Surat Marriott is hosting a National Nutrition week in its restaurants to cater to its guests’ increasing demand of nutritious yet tasty food.
Starting September 1, 2020, both the restaurants at Surat Marriott namely Table 101 and SBC, will be hosting National Nutrition week for a week. Guests will be served with specially curated menus by the hotel’s culinary experts. The menus are designed in such a way that they appeal to the taste buds of guests and have tons of nutritious ingredients incorporated in them.
The set menu will have options in vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and it will be available for both lunch and dinner. Start the sumptuous meal with the refreshing Quinoa, young green, grilled artichoke salad followed by a soup course of grilled Tofu, soba noodle meal bowl. Non-vegetarians can go for a hearty lentil & sausages soup. Healthy wraps include Organic spinach, sundried tomato and mushroom wrap or Multigrain whole bread, grilled chicken, walnut pesto.
For the meat lovers, main course includes Herb and Almond crusted pan-fried chicken, Thai chicken Buddha bowl and Paper baked fish and for those who love their greens, the menu features Barley upma. For dessert there is Oats & Apple Crumble, Nutty Granola Bar and Muesli Parfait.
