A line of cashew milk products has been introduced by the upscale Swiss chocolatier Läderach as part of an expansion of its vegan chocolate selection. Dark chocolate is already available from Läderach, but now customers with a sweet craving may also enjoy its cashew milk goods, which also include slabs and popcorn.
Läderach has three London stores, a flagship store on Regent Street, Westfield Shepherd’s Bush and in Harrods’ Chocolate Hall, as well as 130 outlets globally.
It already sells a number of dark chocolate products that are plant-based, but now plant-based milk chocolate lovers can also get in on the action with Läderach’s new nut-based delicacies.
The new dairy-free chocolate has no preservatives and uses coconut blossom sugar instead of refined sugar.
Among its recently launched dairy-free options are vegan tablet bars, chocolate-covered popcorn and vegan FrischSchoggi (the brand’s signature fresh chocolate slabs).
Läderach’s new vegan chocolate products
Läderach describes its vegan Creamy Cashew Tablet as ‘chocolate made with cashew milk and coconut blossom sugar’.
Meanwhile its Creamy Cashew Vegan Popcorn features caramelised popcorn encased in dark chocolate and creamy cashew.
Its FrischSchoggi Vegan Cashew might be more alluring to nut enthusiasts. To fully enjoy the health benefits of nuts, this chocolate is created with whole cashew nuts that have been roasted and caramelised.
Additionally, Läderach sells the FrischSchoggi Vegan Pouch Small, a collection of dairy-free chocolates that includes, among other things, Almond Dark, Orange-Almond Dark, and Blackberry Dark.
The new vegan collection from Läderach is accessible online and at its three London locations in the UK.
