Supriya Malik: Indulge in Mother Nature

Every homegrown brand has a story behind it. When Supriya Malik was suffering from alopecia (an autoimmune condition that triggers hair loss) for a long time, her mother Seema Arora concocted a hair vitaliser which gave her results like no other allopathic medication could give. That was how Indulgeo Esssentials was born in 2016.

The brand name originated from the Latin word- Indulgeo which means “to gratify oneself & indulge in.”  Supriya says, “The goal was to provide effective solutions for concerns like alopecia, acne, hairfall, pigmentation etc with the purest and natural ingredients. We bring to you truly natural essential oil blends that people of all age groups can indulge in, providing radiant skin and real results minus the harmful toxins.”Indulgeo Essentials

Her mother has done several studies, online and offline courses for essential oils and Ayurvedic formulation. She has been creating different concoctions since past eighteen years now and her guidance and knowledge of formulations helped Supriya run Indulgeo Essentials and drive it to new heights.Indulgeo Essentials

Supriya herself has learnt and specialised in complex formulations and manufacturing techniques to provide an edge to the age old concoctions and making these skincare & haircare miracles available to the masses. Together, their vast knowledge has been used to formulate unique oil blends and natural skin care products for the most difficult skin issues.

Lotsa love

Supriya adds, “All our concoctions are handmade with no chemicals or complex machinery involved. Our special ingredient is love & we put lots of it to provide you with products that pamper your skin & hair with the magic of love. You will agree that a  mother’s home cooked food is healthier and safer to eat than outside restaurant food as it is more hygienic and all cleanliness precautions are taken; likewise we believe the same goes when a home grown brand designs a product, they take care of all cleanliness and hygiene standards to provide the best because they have their own story and passion behind creating these products.”natural skincare

The company firmly believes that what you cannot eat, should not go on your skin. It is imperative to know that 60% of whatever you put on to your skin gets absorbed into your bloodstream and may lead to health or hormonal problems.

A cure for everything

Supriya reiterates that Nature has a cure for everything but it’s up to us how we take it and accept it. “Nature does take its own time to heal- all it takes is commitment & determination to achieve results. It’s our own conscious decision to put chemicals & toxins on our skin or let nature do its magic,” she says.

Speaking about the challenges faced in the initial years, she says, “The organic sector was just getting its recognition when we got into it. The challenges we faced was to educate our customers and our potential customers about the benefits of organic products in the longer run. People usually want their skincare to start showing results as soon as possible but with organic products, it is all about patience. Getting our regular users accustomed to that was a task that we have proudly achieved now.”Homosso baby oil

All the products are Ayush Ministry Certified, ISO Certified, GMP Quality, FDA Approved has No Mineral Oil and are Not Tested On Animals. The company exports to US, UK, Singapore and Middle East.

Outlining her future plans, Supriya says, “My future plans for the brand is to make it a go to brand for anyone who wants to replenish their skin or hair from within and extend our products to even a wider range of care.”
