Toddy is an alcoholic beverage obtained from the sap of the coconut tree. To harvest the sap the farmer has to climb the coconut tree. The toddy production by individual farmers promotes the conservation of coconut trees. Take a tour to the nearest village to see how the process of toddy tapping is done.
